2 large families (2nd marriage with kids from the 1st marriage) – need for ample areas for gathering – family & events

1 generous kitchen — important that not only capture the light and views but also had a good proportion (location at the heart of the condo/joins the space)

This is a project that takes advantage of the views

The expansive set of openings – combinación of windows and sliding glass doors – allow the view of the bay to be always present

The habitat is just wonderful to watch the water and the reflections

Clients moved from Washington (cold climate) and were inspired to have the vibrant colors of the Florida climate present in their everyday. So much of the the color palete and curated artwork is driven by this
